We lost professors because their salaries were capped for 3 years and there was a hiring freeze.<BR/><BR/>They cancelled entire academic programs. <BR/><BR/>Class sizes increased.<BR/><BR/>We got tuition surcharges in the middle of the year.<BR/><BR/>Limited government at it's best - putting all of the burden of a downturn on families in college.
