The Washington Post Acknowledge Their Coverage Was Pro Obama

In yesterday's edition of the post columnist Deborah Howell writes that her paper' coverage of the 2008 Presidential election had a decidedly pro Obama tilt. She conducted a study of the coverage and found:
The op-ed page ran far more laudatory opinion pieces on Obama, 32, than on Sen. John McCain, 13. There were far more negative pieces (58) about McC.ain than there were about Obama (32), and Obama got the editorial board's endorsement.
She also went on to acknowledge that their investigation of Obama's background was non existent, while a team of reporters went up to Alaska presumably to find some dirt on Sarah Palin.

This is nothing new. The Washington Post has been working hard to defeat Republicans my entire lifetime, at least now they admit their bias.
