Moran Leads Democrat field in Latest Poll

In what has to be a major blow to the McAuliffe camapign, Massachusetts liberal Brian Moran leads the Democrat field in the race for Governor, at least according to a new poll.

A new Daily Kos/Research2000 poll shows Moran leads with 24%, followed by Terry McAuliffe with 19% and Creigh Deeds with 16%.

I say it is a blow for McAuliffe because despite spending more money, and having a larger campaign staff, McAuliffe still trails the Massachusetts native.

The poll also showed that Republican Bob McDonnell beats all three Dems in head to head matchups.
