Deeds Still Won't Give Specifics On A Transportation Plan.

When Richard Nixon ran for President in 1968 he claimed that he had a secret plan to get us out of Vietnam. However, he could not reveal the details publicly because that might complicate the negotiations process. Taking a page out of Nixon's playbook Democrat Creigh Deeds also has a secret plan for transportation but can't tell us. However, he did say his plan would include, or might include a tax hike.
