According to an article in today's Post, outgoing Democrat Governor Tim Kaine is considering re instating the full car tax in order to close the budget shortfall. Hopefully Governor Elect McDonnell can stop this idea. We need to cut spending, not raise taxes.
I thought the people of Virginia voted against higher taxes last November.
