Herrity Endorses Hunt for State Senate

In a statement released today Pat Herrity endorsed Steve Hunt for state senate.

"The special election to fill Attorney General-Elect Ken Cuccinelli's seat is next Tuesday (1/12/2009) and our candidate, Steve Hunt, needs your help. This is an extremely important election as a win here will go a long way in making sure Governor-Elect McDonnell is able to advance his agenda in Richmond - an agenda that the voters overwhelmingly endorsed this past November!

If you live in the 37th Senate District please make sure that you vote next Tuesday and that you remind all of your friends and neighbors to vote for Steve. If you don't live in the 37th please take a moment to think about any friends or relatives you may have that live in the 37th and encourage them to vote for Steve.

Also, since this election is so important I'm asking you to please consider volunteering for the Hunt campaign as we enter the critical last 72 hours of the campaign this weekend.

This is going to be a very low turnout election so any help you can provide between now and Election Day could be the difference between winning and losing this important election. Remember, the special election I ran in last year was decided by just 1%.

I've known Steve for a long time and I can tell you first hand that he is running a campaign based on common sense solutions to our most pressing problems and is exactly the right partner Governor-Elect McDonnell needs in the state senate."
