Virginia Senate Makes Failure to Wear a Seat Belt a 'Primary Offense'

The Virginia Senate agreed today on a seat belt bill which has already passed the house. And if you don't follow the law, it will cost you.
Traditionally Virginia has been a state that loves liberty, and Bills to make seat belt violations a primary offense always fail to pass.
The bill now goes to Governor McDonnell’s desk. He can sign it, amend it or veto it. I hope he vetoes it. The police already have too many reasons to stop motorists, lets not give them another.
