Governor Bob McDonnell will join the Honorable Jay O'Brien at the Waterford of Springfield, 6715 Commerce Street, for Jay's announcement of his candidacy for the State Senate tomorrow evening, Wednesday, May 12th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
