Republican Supervisor Frey Denounces Tea Partiers

Fairfax County Supervisor Mike Frey(R-Sully)denounced tea partiers as neanderthals with no ideas. In today's Post Frey, who is a moderate-liberal Republican, may be concerned about a possible challenge from his right told the Post:

"The frustrating thing is if you do anything, you are no longer considered a conservative. It seems like tea partiers are against everything. What are they for?"

Well, Michael let me see if I can answer that questions for you. While I can't speak for the tea partiers, I think they are for cutting spending, reducing taxes, and enforcing our laws. Sounds like some good things to be for.

WOW - sounds like he could not find the Conservative platform that the Republican used to stand for without some serious help. Maybe he should just give up now instead of being voted out! Tell me he has a challenger!

I couldn't agree with you more. We have to remember that politics is not about popularity, but more about taking a stand for what one believes and what is in the best interest of the American people.
