Tommy Norment of James City County, leader of the Senate’s GOP minority, thundered against Howell’s bill as “an outrageously partisan redistricting plan that will go down as one of the most notorious examples of gerrymandering in history.”During the session she summarily ruled Republican Bills out of order, and now she is attempting to draw Republicans out of the Legislature. Surely we can do better than electing mindless partisan hacks like Howell to office.

Partisan Janet Howell Strikes Again!
I guess no surprise here, but ultra partisan Democrat State Senator Janet Howell, who chairs the Privileges and Elections committee, unveiled a redistricting plan designed to help her fellow Democrats, and hurt Republicans. According to the Washington Times:
