John Brownlee Endorses Mark Obenshain

In a letter John Brownlee endorses Mark Obenshain for Attorney General:

“I’m honored to announce my support for Senator Mark Obenshain for Virginia's next Attorney General.

I had the distinct privilege to serve the Commonwealth of Virginia as the United States Attorney for the Western District of Virginia from 2001 to 2008. I know Virginia needs someone with the experience and strength necessary to serve as our chief law enforcement officer and Attorney General. As a former federal prosecutor for over 11 years and 2009 candidate for Attorney General of Virginia, I know what the position requires. I can personally attest that Mark embodies the character, intellect and conservative values we need in the Attorney General’s office, and which make him the best candidate in 2013.

In order to make a real difference, I need you to sign up today to become an Obenshain delegate to the GOP State Convention by clicking here. Time is running out in many localities, so it is crucial to commit today.

I admire Mark for his dedication to protecting Virginia's families and supporting free enterprise and pro-growth policies as well as his commitment to liberty and his excellent record in the legislature. Mark and Suzanne will make a strong team for our party in November, and I ask you to join me in supporting them at the Convention on May 18, 2013 at the Richmond Coliseum!

Will you join me in becoming an Obenshain delegate? Just click here or go to www.TeamObenshain.com to become an Obenshain delegate to the Republican Party of Virginia’s State Convention on May 18th.”

Not sure. Perhaps he will run again one day.
