Democrat House of Delegates candidate Kathleen Murphy believes that the state should force doctors to take Medicare and Medicaid patients. Of course the reimbursements that doctors receive don't even cover their costs, but to the socialist Murphy that is ok. A little involuntary servitude to the state is a good thing.
