Howell and Stimpson Square Off

The following release is from the Howell for Delegate campaign:

"Delegate Bill Howell highlighted his record of proven, conservative leadership and positive campaign at a candidate’s forum Sunday at the White Oak Volunteer Fire Department. Howell appeared with his opponent and took questions from voters at the forum organized by White Oak residents.

“Today’s candidates forum was a great opportunity for Speaker Howell to share his record of proven, conservative leadership with the voters of House District 28. The Speaker demonstrated his superior command of the issues and longstanding connection to the community, highlighting the work he’s done for the people of Fredericksburg and Stafford as well as his conservative record in Richmond. The Speaker proved that without a doubt he is the most qualified candidate in this race,” said Campaign Manager Thomas Midanek. “Today’s forum was also reflective of the tone of this campaign. The Speaker made his case in a positive and straightforward manner, which stands in stark contrast to the false, negative attacks from our opponent.”

Speaking about the race Midanek added, “It was clear to anyone in attendance today that our campaign has all the enthusiasm and momentum headed into the final two weeks of this campaign. This weekend we passed 30,000 doors knocked and we’re prepared to mobilize our grassroots campaign to turn out the vote on June 9th."
